Builder Jon Ashley believed that the original Del Mar could be improved in several ways, and this time he succeeded in improving the transparency of the original while keeping its tone faithful to the original. This limited re-release is the result. The re-release version inherits the wonderful three-dimensional drive sound of the original model, but by boosting the internal voltage from the original 18V to 27V, maximum headroom is achieved, and a more transparent tone can be enjoyed.
